Room controller

Room controller is a central control element inside room. It coordinates all automatic activates inside room, and exchanges data with central server.  It also communicants with intelligent peripherals as card reader ans card holder as well as sensors (wired or wireless), and controls entrance into room, air conditioning system operation, energy and water delivery and communicating with guest via guest panel. It is designed as a compact DIN rail mounted (6 unit wide) module for easy installation in standard distribution panels and boxes. The basic unit has all most usual functions, and needs normally no additional equipment besides already mentioned peripherals. If a room is actually an apartment with more than one fan coil, additional units can be added as well as guest panels, to achieve maximum comfort for guest. Room controller is connected to central server in a "daisy chain" connection with other room controllers with a simple twisted pair cable. Connection of cable is not polarity sensitive.
