Card Holder

To identify that the guest is in room, a card holder i used. Once the guest leaves the card in it, full power is restored, and AC operates according to previously entered guest preferences. It is designed to make card insertion most simple. A well lit message "insert card" is flashing remaining the guest to leave the card in card holder. This lit message also produces enough light to make card insertion easy also under difficult lighting conditions. Card is inserted from top down, so it does not protrude inside room more than few centimeters, hence there is will not a an obstacle in narrow corridors, and will present danger of hurting any person with small height like children. Card reader constantly checks for presence of a valid card, and it can not be "fooled" by anything except a valid guest or personnel card.
